Sitting at a desk all day is hard for almost everyone, especially for a group of excited fourth graders. Each one of my students are unique. Some students prefer to sit around the room while others prefer to sit at their own desks. With the help of flexible seating I will be able to meet the comfort needs of all my students. By providing students with the option to move freely and comfortably around the room, I am hoping it will boost confidence and they will be able to work to their full potential. My job, as their teacher, is to help them learn and to make the classroom a welcoming, comfortable place. My hope is that flexible seating will make school feel more like home.

About my class
