We are readers at DCG. Our kids deserve access to books that are not always found on our school library shelves; these are ones we can provide in our classroom library collections. Students want to be able to see themselves in the books they read, as well as see new and different experiences and people. They want to read about their favorite pop culture icons, they want to learn about the world, they want to get lost in something mysterious or hilarious or romantic. Books can take them anywhere and teach them anything, and we are fortunate to have readers that understand that.

About my class
