My SpEd students love to earn free time. They all have different plans and goals and work towards those daily. When they earn free time I love to have educational activities to offer them. They are able to play and learn at the same time. The Grab & Play Math Games, Mather Folder Games, Simple Addition Center, and Beginning Phonics Games will help immensely with this. My students excel and learn the positive consequences of hard work when they have a clear and desired activity to be earned. We have also been working a lot on social-emotional learning. My students are learning how to regulate their emotions and actions. At times they may need time to calm down. Having sensory activities, such as the Gel-Bead Sensory Shapes and Moods & Emotions Wooden Match-Ups, to use during this calm downtime will be very beneficial for them.
