We have a very nice, new, greenhouse on campus that we use for agricultural learning labs. Students in Horticulture class use the greenhouse to grow, propagate, and manage all sorts of plant material. One problem we have discovered, since construction was finished, is that the irrigation water tends to pool on the floor and not drain properly. This standing water quickly grows very slick algae, which is a slipping hazard. This is a rather common problem in the horticulture industry. My horticulture students need a pressure washer to maintain their greenhouse. The pressure washer would also be used for our other facilities too, such as the aquaponics lab, and our barn.
