Coding, STEM, robotics; these have become buzzwords for what a 21st century education should be. Schools are working to integrate technology into the classroom and curriculum, but it can be costly. I have found Ozobots to be a cost effective way to build confidence and logical thinking skills in tech and computer science. Ozobots will encourage students to think critically while designing, programming, and coding throughout all curriculum areas, in fun, interactive ways. Power packed with innovative programming features, Ozobot empowers children to socially play and create, while learning valuable life skills They are easy to understand, color-based coding language, which makes Ozobots accessible to my English Language Learners. Students will be able to collaborate with each other which will enforce their ability to analyze, reason, and communicate their ideas effectively. Students will be able to use these modern tools to show sequencing in reading and the step-by-step process in math when sharing ideas with peers. In science, students will be able to show their knowledge of life cycles by having the Ozobot move to each step after programming. These are just a few of the unlimited lessons that can be taught with Ozobots. Ozobots are a vital program for students to learn and understand the new technology and programming of the 21st century!
