The books will be used for read alouds both in class and virtually. For the students attending class in person they will be able to enjoy the books in their library center in the classroom. The books I have chosen are essential for all pre-k students. At this age with guidance students are able to understand more of character roles and personalities in stories and having different books will help build that knowledge. Most importantly I want my students to have a love for books and one thing that is needed to do so is for them to be able to make personal connection with a character or story. The other items are the dots circles to indicate different spots to help them spread out during class. I have also added two math items that will help with hands on math during centers.
