Our 5 year-old students, especially in this current age, need time to play and explore their worlds. They need to learn how to interact and function with each other in healthy and productive ways. The best way for them is to learn this during play. We need your help to upgrade and enhance our play area so we can maximize every facet of learning. With these new trikes and play equipment our students with get a break from the strenuous business of learning with time to build relationships, develop social/emotional skills, and strengthen their gross motor skills. We are ordering small balls for working in partners and groups sharing the different equipment also how to appropriate play with each other. The trikes will give them a chance to get some great cardio! Also working on foot coordination and of course those social skills.
