My students are emerging performers in a rural community. Many of them have never been involved in (or have even seen) a play. We strive to encourage our students to become involved in the arts programs as either performers or audience members. Our school has invested deeply in our program, bringing the arts to our students. We are in need of updated sound equipment to fully realize our goals. We are looking to purchase a Behringer mixing board to allow for our students to better incorporate microphones and sound effects into their performances. With the new system, we will be able to train them to use industry-standard sound systems.
