My students are hardworking, motivated that are in dire need of equipment to take the plunge into fitness. We started this project with educating our students the need and the importance of strength training at a young age and now they are all in! We need your help to proceed to the next step. They are excited and motivated to start their lifelong journey to a healthier lifestyle and all they need now is some equipment for them to go to work. I will use the equipment to help them strength train and gain knowledge to proper use of the equipment so they can start their fitness journey on the right foot.

About my class
