All of our students involved in our productions will need to dance. Because this high school is only four years old, we have only been able to purchase the essentials for the theatre program. Jazz shoes will allow the students to dance in the correct footwear and will help numbers have a uniform look. Our school has students of all socioeconomic statuses and our students worry about standing out, funding this project means that students will be able to focus on the dance steps instead of trying to fit in. The shoes will be worn by ensemble members while they are on stage.
