They will learn compassion, kindness, and acceptance which is so important before they go off to the big, bad halls of middle school. The students will be authentically engaged in a text which will spike their curiosity! They will come to school excited to read and go home excited to share! Students will fall in love with this book, the characters in this book, and the story behind the book. Please help me give my students this richly engaging book that will teach them to be kind.
