I have been a track and field coach for the last 17 years. I am looking to attend a conference and learn from the experts at USA Track and Field. Attending the Level 1 certification will provide me with an overview of training techniques for numerous events. Completion of the conference will enable me to attend a Level 2 conference in the future which specializes in one or two events. Ultimately, I could become a teacher at these conferences and help future coaches. I am now becoming a senior member in my league. I want to earn my USATF coaching certification so that I can help younger coaches in their journey.
