With the Ozobots, students will begin by gaining an understanding of coding using color coded pathways that are made available to them using the provided resources. Once they have mastered those pathways, they will move on to coding on the computer to make the Ozobots move. These hands-on experiences will give students many opportunities to understand and build code, practice debugging, and problem-solving skills. Additional challenges will then be added with the construction kit. Creating new challenges and problems to solve that are never-ending will keep students engaged. These skills will transfer to other subjects and the students' future careers.
