The students will use this equipment to increase their strength, speed and overall conditioning. This will benefit them in their upcoming athletic endeavors and help to instill the knowledge and passion for fitness for the next level and into the future. The student athletes are passionate and hard working both in the classroom and on the field. The log carry bars will help with leg and grip strength as well as endurance. The landmine allows for a versatile workout for the total body using the weights from rows to shoulder press and even squat and deadlift. The sandbag will be utilized for explosive power and endurance.

About my class
