In my high school, we do remediation days to help reinforce concepts that the students do not understand in a subject. Since I teach Algebra 1, I want to teach them that graphing a line is helpful when you want to build a technology. Since all of my classes are at different levels of math I found different levels of technology that the students can build. Having hands-on learning is the best way for a student to comprehend certain content. For this reason, I wanted to use technology that the students have to build to help them understand different lessons in Algebra 1. My students would be thankful to see Algebra used in other ways than on a whiteboard or on a piece of paper.
