I teach sixth grade ELA and Social Studies as well as Math intervention. Fairfield Elementary is a Title I school that faces challenges in achieving desired academic outcomes for its students. Our class sizes are smaller thus allowing for more individualized instruction, however, more resources are needed to help close the achievement gap and to assist students with achieving grade-level expectations.
