I want to update our classroom library so that my students will have GOOD CHOICES of current titles and classic titles. I want our classroom to be a print rich classroom that will foster of love of reading and learning. Our classroom library is a place where students love to be. I have asked my students what types of books or favorite authors that they would wish to see.....and boy, did they answer! I was so happy to see them so excited about updating and filling our classroom library! "Fill your house with stacks of books, in all the crannies and all the nooks.” – Dr. Seuss. Students will use this library daily as they choose their own book for their independent reading time. With more choices and more books, students will have more opportunities to find those PERFECT FIT books that will foster their love of reading and learning.
