Sensory toys help to stimulate special needs students' needs to interact with their environment. We have a few students who have a condition called PICA. This happens when the student prefers to eat non-food substances. We have tried many infant toys but they are not strong enough for the child, they just chew them apart and become hazardous. Your donation will help us to help these students interact with their environment by providing a safe way to release tension through positive oral stimulation. Please help our students in a positive way so that they may have a safer school environment while satisfying a stressful impulse in these types of children. Thank you from the students and staff.
