When this project is funded, the equipment and items donated will be used to further challenge my players to succeed. We are a young team who need these items to help us better compete with schools that have been playing lacrosse for several years. The hurdles and training rings will allow me to set up fitness rotations to focus on speed and agility drills. My players will be able to rotate quickly from one activity to another, building their strength and stamina, while improving their conditioning, and keeping their minds focused. The additional lacrosse balls will allow my players to practice more shots on goal, cradling, throwing, clearing, catching, and scooping. All of these are extremely important skills for playing lacrosse. We want our program to succeed and we need your help to ensure that.
