As we work in small reading groups, often there are subjects in our books that the students may be unfamiliar with, especially my English Language learners. With this iPad, we can quickly find images to help us with our background knowledge and provide realia. This will help students open up to a world that many times they could not access on their own. We also have items to help our classroom to be ready to go. We have items to help us be more organized and wiggle stools to help students that struggle to stay focused. Our pencils will be sharp, and our minds will be focused!
