Activity schedules is a system used to teach children independent work skills through self-motivating activities by following a multi-step visual schedule (go get an activity, complete it and turn it). The visual schedules will be placed in the binders and the activities will be accessible to the children in the classroom. Everything on this list will contribute to a school wide library of items that students can complete on their own! These Activity Schedules will be tasks that motivate our students to be independent in a fun and productive way. This is a school wide project and Activity Schedules will be implemented in each of the classrooms. As the student moves up in their grade, they will continue to access these Activity Schedules and various grade/level appropriate items. These supplies will help these children with their independent work skills, peer interaction, and communication!
