I am wanting to give my students flexible seating options within my classroom. I am a 6-1-1 Teacher, and all of my students have sensory needs that can be helped with flexible seating options. My hope is that giving the students flexible seating options will create a better learning environment. It will allow me to make my students more comfortable in the classroom, which would then result in a better learning experience. When my students are not focused on sensory issues, they are better able to learn and participate.
