Each student that receives their BAG "Barnes Athletic Gear" will have access to safe equipment that they will be able to use while in school AND at home in order to maintain and improve their health and wellness. A sound mind and sound body will allow students to strive and succeed both in and out of the classroom without the risk of sharing germs through shared equipment. Each student will be able to perform activities that promote fitness with cardio, agility and strength exercises by using items such as the jump rope, cones, and resistance bands. Eye hand coordination can be improved while using items such as the tennis balls and hacky sack.
