Every item selected for my project will help me to create a home away from home for my scholars. These things will help them to be more centered and peaceful along side strengthening their logical patterns, improving their self esteem, providing a sense of calmness/peacefulness as well as improving their thought clarification. Simply put I want to create a Zen Zone for my scholars. Being an individual who is big on self care and nurturing your emotional and spiritual side I want to create a room that will be seen as a positive outlet for my scholars. Knowing the backgrounds of my students I know that they can truly benefit from an environment that makes them feel safe, valued, loved and supported in their development.

About my class
