At this time, I don't have minimum materials necessary for success in my kindergarten classroom. This is my first year in kindergarten. It would be awesome to have basic manipulatives to engage the learning of all of my students. They are little sponges and I cannot afford the learning opportunities that they deserve. The making words board and letters would give them opportunities to learn the alphabet, make words, practice spelling and writing in a fun and engaging way. The reading centers would get them excited about learning and could be utilized in small group instruction and one on one remediation.
