The donation to the project will go to assist my students to take charge of their independence and ability to choose their own workspace. My students are in their last year of elementary school and will be transitioning to a large middle school next year. They will be responsible for switching classes and ensuring they have all the needed materials throughout the day. By donating these materials, my students will have the ability to preview this type of simulated responsibility by having their materials in a centrally located place in the classroom. My goal for my students is to take charge of their own learning and success in organization. We will work hard to teach the students how to appropriately store their materials so that they are organized and easily accessible. They will also be able to work and learn flexibly in comfortable places throughout the classroom. Thank you for helping us succeed!
