Physical education at Dessau is aimed at getting kids motivated to move by exposing them to different life long activities they can enjoy. With the popularity of Disc Golf growing and the low cost of getting started, we feel this is a great activity to expose our students to. Disc Golf gets you outside in and around nature and is a great way to get a workout while having fun with your friends. With these materials we can teach our students the fundamentals of throwing a disc and even set up a mini course on our school grounds for them to utilize their new skills. We hope students share their enjoyment of disc golf with their friends and family. With numerous disc golf courses around our area that are available to play at no cost, it is an activity that is sure to get everyone involved!
