Mount Up stands for Meeting Obesity Unified with Nutrition and Training...My students can mount up with wings like Eagles. Isaiah 40:31 says they will walk and not grow weary. This way every single student is Active in the gym. Their faces will light up with the new equipment, and have fun! I get the opportunity to teach lessons they are excited about, and they can look forward to a lifetime of fitness. I just attended a Share the Wealth conference for PE and I am excited to incorporate all these new ideas into my daily lessons. Bmathis deserves the best!
