My students are working toward their goals of attending and graduating from four-year universities. In order to support them in achieving their dreams, I want to make Chromebook technology available to them as we study, research, and learn in class. Many students have access to technology at home, but there is a large number of kids who do not. My goal is to give all of my students equal access to opportunities that will help them succeed in school and in the real world. Having a 1:1 ratio of Chromebooks in my classroom will allow students to research colleges and careers, work collaboratively with their peers on the Google Drive, develop and improve writing/communication skills. Technology engages students. I want to use technology to bring the real world into my classroom.
