The Yoga club will take place at school, once a week. Because students can't afford the cost of the yoga mat, I need to provide all the supplies. Each lesson will teach students not only a yoga routine but also breathing, stretching and meditation. Each lesson will teach the methods and routines they can incorporate in their daily routine at home. Students will take the mats home to practice during the week what they learned in the classroom. At the end of the semester I will have students participate in a school activity to promote the class for the following class.
