In the weight and conditioning room, every sports team works out on a daily schedule. I work with 300 students who perform in 16 sports. These three jumping boxes will increase the elasticity and muscle strength. They help the players' bodies to gain strength and speed. This service and care is highly needed when athletes compete at a high level, which my students do. We do all we can to reduce the risks of injuries so they can exhibit the highest level of performance. Our team players are responsible and eager to participate in the conditioning and strengthening program. What a commitment!
