With these notebooks, the Baking & Pastry Arts students will able to record and keep adequate notes of the recipes they learn while in class. Teaching them how to take notes from a Chef's oral and demonstrated instructions will help prepare them for the food service industry. At the end of the school year, they will have a large compilation of recipes that they can use for the rest of their careers. These recipes will include all aspects of baking and pastry including cookies, muffins, biscuits, pies, custards, tarts, cakes, buttercream, fillings, mousses, yeast breads, frozen desserts, sauces, and garnishes.
