Our high school baseball players will benefit from using this equipment to enhance their baseball skills throughout the season. Better individual players make for a stronger team. The training gloves will allow our infielders to learn the fundamentals of fielding ground balls. The batting tees will allow our hitters to train in a controlled environment and help our coaches to provide individual instruction. The bands provide an exercise routine designed to strengthen the rotator cuff and surrounding muscle groups, which also helps with injury prevention, endurance, and increased velocity. All of this equipment is much needed as part of our high school baseball program.

About my class
