The beautiful area rug is a safe and comfortable place for my class to sit together and sing songs about the alphabet, seasons, months, and days of the week. Frequently children who have delays in communication will sing along with a song first. The musical instruments will allow for wonderful self-expression and for my nonverbal students to finally be heard. The knob puzzle pieces with animals, cars, and Disney characters are especially motivating to my students and can be used as cymbals to play along. With these much-needed materials for expression through music, The Sky is the Limit.
