These machines will be used in our Fashion and Marketing course. Students will be sewing costumes for plays, individual fashion design projects, and community service projects such as pillowcases, lap blankets, and wheelchair bags. Sewing offers students the ability to apply their creativity by using math, science, spatial awareness, communication, patience, and problem-solving. Students will be setting individual project goals and developing a timeline that they must follow while creating their projects. The best feeling is watching the students gain a sense of pride and accomplishment when creating and designing.
