I hope to develop a space on our campus to serve as an instructional resource/supply room for our faculty. Resources such as paper, pencils, tape, staples, and glue will be available for teachers to gather and use for their students when needed. Teachers will also be allowed to check-out various professional development books, learning games, and tech tools. A Cricut machine, label maker, electric hole punch, and electric stapler will also be housed in the resource room for easy access. Many of our teachers utilize their personal funds to help provide materials needed inside of their classrooms. This project will help alleviate the stress these teachers feel when needing to supply students with these necessary materials. Having these supplies available on campus will make learning more equitable throughout the district where many of these resources are more readily available. Our students will be given a top notch education with these provided resources, and each student will be given hands-on learning opportunities with the resources available for teachers.
