CHMS needs two kinds of stands. A tuba stand will help growing arms, hands, and bodies hold their tubas safely and securely without having to balance it on their chairs. The other stand is one to hold music. Many of our current stands are broken, lean, fall over when music is placed on it, or can't be adjusted to the correct height. It's discouraging to not be able to see your music or hold your instrument properly. Tuba and music stands could help our students be more confident, keep instruments and music safe, and help bring us to a new level of success!
