The materials and supplies I am requesting are to create a calm down box for each classroom. The calm down box will be accessible to all students on campus. In the calm down box there will be different items and activities that help the student feel relax or clam when they may be feeling anxious, frustration, anger, sadness, hopelessness, and much more. The calm down box is really a tool to help students learn to better self regulate their emotions while also providing them with life long skills to help them endure whatever life throws at them.

About my class
