This training will allow me to offer yoga classes to my entire school (a student population of over 500) to help students become more mindful and harness their mind-body connections. I believe the urban students who face trauma and poverty are in the most need of this opportunity for free yoga, right at their own school. By taking this training I will be able to better design yoga instruction for students based on their developmental level and needs. I dream of changing the world into a more positive and loving place, and through this training I will be closer to that goal!

About my class
