In our self-contained classroom we do mostly hands-on activities to enhance the level of enjoyment and retention during lessons. While I am unable to work with my students face-to-face, I would like them to have the opportunity to follow along during lessons and manipulate hands-on tools in the same way they are seeing it modeled for them. Not only will this help with retention of the material, it will also assist in being able to work on individualized learning goals for each student. I want parents to have as easy a time working with their child as I do!
