My 2nd grade students are developing their writing skills on a weekly basis by producing writing samples through the various stages of the writing process. The materials will allow students to assist them in their writing by providing tools such as ink, paper, document holders, mice (computers), and a laminator to preserve their thoughts. Students will type out their writing samples on a Google document, insert their photo, share their document, and then I will print them out to display in class. All writing is kept for the students and at the end of the year a Writing Keepsake Book will be created for each of them.
