A voice activated Go Pro would help the instructor to deliver touch-free live demonstrations introducing students to the culinary world. When we return to in-class learning, students would also have the opportunity to document their learning experiences, create "food bite videos", and make "step by step" videos to demonstrate mastery of cooking techniques. A voice activated Go Pro would enhance teaching and provide a safer environment for both the teacher and student as we begin online teaching, and also in the future as we return to in-class learning.

About my class
