Students will experience learning music in a fun and engaging way on an easy to learn instrument. Students will learn chord strumming and picking with popular songs. They will learn to read music and listen to each other and experience performing in public both at school and in the community. They will learn to work together and develop positive social skills while acquiring a new talent. Participating in music education is not only fun and creative, but also helps students academically and socially, too. Providing access to these instruments students gives an opportunity for all students, no matter their circumstances.

About my class
