With these materials I will teach lessons about ways my students can engage in physical activity that is fun, challenging, and effective. They will learn teamwork, team building, perseverance and resilience through organized play. During physical education, our class will engage in games that promote teamwork and team building. An example of such a game is volleyball. They will learn the proper way to rotate around a volleyball court as well as the way to properly serve and learn the rules of the game. They will also be exposed to sports that are not as traditional or familiar to them.
