I would love to stock this space in our classroom with soothing materials and furnishings to help students when they are going through one of these moments. Our Peace Cube is where our students go when they're needing to de-escalate, breathe, or feel their feelings in a safe space. Little bodies have really big feelings. I chose specific sensory items like stress balls, flexible seating, and fidget toys that are great for students that might need a quick break. I am hoping to make this space cozy and relaxing so they can rejoin our class and be ready to learn!
