Having books in my classroom that my students can relate to or " see themselves" in. I know they will create a connection with what they are reading, and it will lead them on a reading road that can grow and expand throughout their lives. Using book clubs and allowing for student choice in reading will instill and create a love of reading, it empowers my students. Help me be able to do this for my students and see the difference that it can make in the upcoming generations. I want them to experience new adventures and perspectives from others through their reading! Help me do that for my students!
