These seating options will help my students get the movement their growing bodies need while allowing their brains to continue learning. These seating options give them the flexibility to choose a seat to work and learn that keeps young minds more alert and focused with movement. Children are not designed to sit still for hours on end; they need to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand. This all increases blood and oxygen flow to their brain as well as their core strength. The wobble chairs, balance balls and flex bands allow students to sit at a traditional table but still get the stimulation they require. Floor desks and seats allow students to pick a space throughout the classroom to work efficiently.
