These books will continue to build our ever expanding graphic novel section. Before I came to the library, there were only a handful of graphic novels for my learners to read. I made it my job to explore all of the options out there in this section and try to slowly build it up. With the unfortunate events and how this school year ended, I am afraid that my book budget has disappeared. All of these graphic novels will benefit my learners through their lower reading levels but high interest. With help in funding my project, students will have new books to look forward to returning to school and getting the chance to read.
