My classroom includes a diverse group of students, with a wide variety of academic and behavioral needs. My students would love to have crayons that represent their skin color when making their creative comic books and drawings during choice break time. They love Legos and work hard during the school day to earn Lego breaks at the end of the day. The Lego Community Mini Figure set will allow me to use Legos as part of many social skills lessons in the future. My students are incredibly creative and would love to use the Magnet Builders in the choice break area when it's earned. Since not all students can afford the necessary basic classroom materials, like Expo markers and pencils, they will be provided for my students to use on a daily basis, both in my classroom and for them to take to their general education classroom. The Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, and Kleenex's will help keep our classroom clean and sanitized at the end of each day. Hopefully this will help us avoid sickness so my students and I don't miss many days of school!
