These exercise mats will be used to conduct physical fitness sessions to help our Cadets become more physically fit. It supports our year long total fitness program to build the importance of physical fitness in the day to day life of citizens. Each year our JROTC engages in a physical fitness regiment that will instill the importance of identifying a person's physical fitness short falls and building physical fitness individual plans to get after the weaker parts of their physical dispositions. It is vital to encourage a 5 day per week physical fitness program that will stay with our Cadets after high school and into the remainder of their lives.

About my class
